By accessing or using the Resultify platform at resultify.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, providers, and other users of the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Resultify is a marketplace platform that connects individuals and businesses ("Clients") with independent service providers ("Providers") who offer services related to online income growth, digital marketing, content creation, and related fields.

We provide tools for discovery, communication, and profile management. Any transaction or service agreement happens independently of Resultify.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately at hello@resultify.co of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create accounts for others without their explicit consent

Resultify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Providers are independent contractors who offer services through the Platform. By registering as a Provider, you agree to the following:

• Providers pay a monthly subscription fee (Basic $19/mo, Pro $49/mo, or Elite $99/mo) to be listed on the Platform
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable except as described in our 30-day guarantee
• If you don't receive a single client inquiry within your first 30 days, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period

• All results, case studies, and metrics displayed on your profile must be accurate and verifiable
• Fabricating, exaggerating, or misrepresenting client results is grounds for immediate account termination
• Resultify may request documentation to verify results at any time
• You represent that you have the consent of referenced clients to display their results

• You are solely responsible for delivering the services you offer and for your agreements with Clients
• Resultify does not mediate disputes between Providers and Clients
• You must comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where you operate

Clients use the Platform to discover and contact Providers. By using the Platform as a Client, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for legitimate business purposes
• Not contact Providers with spam, unsolicited offers, or irrelevant requests
• Understand that Resultify does not guarantee the quality, legality, or results of any Provider's services
• Conduct your own due diligence before engaging any Provider
• Leave honest, accurate reviews based on your actual experience

Provider subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Resultify to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Prices are in US Dollars. Resultify reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information, results, or reviews
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Scraping, copying, or reproducing any part of the Platform without written permission
• Promoting illegal services or services that violate third-party platform terms (e.g. buying fake followers)
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform by soliciting users to interact off-platform in bad faith
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Using the Platform to distribute spam or malware
• Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's operation

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (profile descriptions, case studies, images, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Resultify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your content on the Platform and in marketing materials.

All Platform design, code, branding, and content created by Resultify is the exclusive intellectual property of Resultify and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Resultify does not endorse any Provider or verify the accuracy of all results displayed. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services offered on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resultify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Resultify's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Resultify in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at hello@resultify.co. Resultify may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Resultify reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
